ARVEX Automation may collect business contact details, service preferences, onboarding information, communications, call and lead data supplied through the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

ARVEX Automation puede recopilar datos de contacto empresarial, preferencias del servicio, información de configuración, comunicaciones, datos de llamadas y prospectos procesados mediante el servicio, e información técnica limitada necesaria para operar y proteger la plataforma.

How we use it / Cómo la utilizamos

We use information to provide and improve the service, configure automations, communicate with customers, process support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Usamos la información para prestar y mejorar el servicio, configurar automatizaciones, comunicarnos con clientes, atender solicitudes, prevenir abusos y cumplir obligaciones legales. No vendemos información personal.

Service providers / Proveedores

Payment, email, hosting, messaging, telephony, analytics, and automation providers may process information only as needed to deliver their respective functions. Card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by ARVEX.

Retention and choices / Conservación y derechos

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service, security, accounting, and legal purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion, email support@arvexautomation.com. Some records may be retained when legally required.

Security and updates / Seguridad y cambios

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice and will publish the effective date on this page.
